Use and Protection of User Name and Password

Indemnification

Subject to the privacy policy described below, by giving APA International Your Information, you automatically grant APA International a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, translate, distribute, perform or display Your Information alone, as part of other works, or in any compilation of data, in any form, medium, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed, and to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers of sublicensees. Notices
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices under this Agreement shall be given by e-mail to registration@APAIntl.com (in the case of APA International) and to the e-mail address that you provide to APA International during any submission or registration process, or such other address as you shall specify from time to time (in your case). Notice shall be deemed given six (6) hours after an e-mail is sent, or earlier if actually received earlier by the recipient, unless the sending party is notified that the e-mail address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to APA International during any submission or registration process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given three (3) days after the date of mailing.
Governing Law
This Website (excluding any linked sites) is controlled by APA International from its offices within the State of New York. The laws applicable to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law, without regard to any conflict of laws rules thereof. APA International makes no representation that the content, materials, services or information available on the Website are appropriate for access outside of the United States and accessing them from jurisdictions where they are illegal is prohibited.
